Terms of Service

Pizzaboro.ca is the online ordering site for PizzaBoro, 5986 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 1T1. Ordering is guest checkout only — no account is required. We serve pickup from that location and delivery within the zones we currently cover.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable HST/GST at checkout. Prices, availability, and delivery fees can change without notice, but the total you're shown before paying is the total you're charged.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address falls outside our delivery zone, the store is closed, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund it in full.

You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.

Online payment is processed by Clover. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total; we never see or store your full card details. If you choose cash on delivery or pickup instead, payment is collected in person when your order arrives or is picked up.

Contact us right away if you need to cancel or change an order — call (249) 294-0055. We can usually cancel an order for a full refund if the kitchen hasn't started preparing it yet; once preparation has started, we generally can't.

If something arrives wrong, damaged, or not as described, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — a remake, a credit, or a refund, whichever fits the situation.

Delivery time estimates are just that — estimates. They can be affected by weather, traffic, and order volume, and we're not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, tree nuts, and other common allergens, and we can't guarantee any item is fully free of cross-contact with them. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering so we can tell you what we know about a specific item.

To the extent the law allows, PizzaBoro isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from an order, and our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Ontario or Canadian law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to order after a change means you accept the updated terms.
